Shipping Policy

Delivery in 2 to 20 working days, with a shipping fee of $20 ($2 in certain regions). 

Due to various warehouse locations, it's possible that your items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

When you make purchases from our Online Stores, shipping charges may be applied based on the total weight of your ordered products, your shipping destination country, and the selected shipping method. The weight used may be actual or volumetric, whichever is higher. You are responsible for paying all applicable shipping charges, unless indicated otherwise.

Due to various regulations and business constraints, we may not provide delivery to all countries. In some countries, there may be daily value limits for import shipments, so large orders may be split and shipped separately. The shipping charges may vary and we cannot notify you of the exact charges in advance.

We will estimate the delivery time and inform you via email. However, the timeliness of your shipment is subject to the customs clearance in your shipping destination country. In case of any delays, we will notify you via email.

Product & Packaging

We may modify and improve our products and packaging from time to time. When you purchase from our Online Stores, you agree that the actual product received may have slight variations from its corresponding picture and/or specifications presented on our websites. We are not obligated to supply products in exact accordance to its corresponding picture and/or specifications.

Additional Taxes, Levies, & Duties

When you make purchases from our Online Stores, you agree to bear the costs of any additional taxes, levies, and duties imposed by your shipping destination country. These costs may be excluded from or added to the purchase total. Please clarify this matter with the authorities in the shipment destination country before placing your order.

Risk of Loss & Confiscation

We strive to engage professional and reliable shipping providers for delivering your products, but this does not guarantee that you will receive the products due to the risk of loss or confiscation. This risk transfers to you after we ship your order.

Order Cancellation & Amendment

You may cancel or amend your order before it has been shipped out. You can change the delivery address once for orders that have not yet been shipped. For all other changes, you may cancel your order and place a new order. A cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase total may apply.

Exchange & Refund Policy

You may return the products for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving them, if they were incorrectly sent or are defective. If you are dissatisfied with the products for any other reason, you may also return them for a refund.

The returned products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. Non-defective products must be in good and saleable conditions. We will arrange and bear the shipping charges for the return of incorrectly sent or defective products, while all other returns will be arranged and borne solely by you.

Any refunds made within the stipulated time will be subject to processing fees, including a 10% administration fee, 5% original credit card charges, and 5% original shipping fees based on the returned product's price. These fees will be directly deducted from the refund amount. The refund process may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
